There are many steps involved in the complex ROI process. Our process allows us to make those involved accountable for each step along the way. Below are some of the steps involved in the ROI process:


  • Logging and tracking the request in our electronic tracking system

  • Verify that the request is compliant with state and federal regulations

  • Scan, import, copy, and convert all formats from all systems into our tracking system

  • Verify that all information gathered meets the requirements per the request

  • Review information and verify that sensitive information is not contained and/or require additional authorization for this sensitive information requested.

  • Print, burn to CD, mail, apply postage to the outgoing records

  • Field customer service calls from attorneys, insurance companies, workers compensation carriers, state disability, etc.

  • Archive the requests for proof of processing

  • All of the above benefits are gained through the use of our onsite team and technology. We also have a partnership program for those organizations that want to utilize their own employees to do the processing of the requests, but need our technology and back-end collections processes to tie it all together.
